Why Chia Seeds?

Chia seeds are a great way to curb hunger, they are good for your heart health, they can help treat diabetes, improve your energy levels, aid in the growth of healthy bones and muscles, can even prevent premature aging and are an amazing source of omega-3 fatty acids meaning they are great for your brain! Each pot will contain two tablespoons of chia seeds in total and you can see below how beneficial this will be! On top of this, chia seeds act as a gelling agent for my fruity jam/compote layer and they make it possible to make a jam without needing to add pectin which is traditionally used.
