Hey guys, my name is Róisín and I'm a fourth year food science student in WIT. This blog is going to show my journey as I develop a new food product; a dairy-free breakfast pot. This will have a few elements; an oat milk yoghurt, a chia seed and fruit jam for some added omega 3's and granola on top for a bit of crunch! I hope you enjoy my updates along the way from kitchen work to lab up work until the product is finally packaged and showcased in April!
